A little late but, on how they might interact...

Lightning is the no-nonsense soldier girl a-la Slayers Arc Miria, with some Deneve.
Fang is a snarky flirt with an Australian accent. Eat more era Gala, but less intelligent and primpy, with a dash of Helen, but not as dumb.
